Applications
Applications for the Charity Register must be submitted by electronic means to the Germany’s Federal Central Tax Office due to legal requirements. In a first step, you can find through the BZSt online.portal the following application:
- Application for entry in the Charity Register (ZER) for a foreign non-profit organisation
To find this application, please go to the BZSt online.portal, and select afterwards the category „forms – All forms“. There are three possabilities, to find forms for the Charity Register specifically: They can be chosen by the topic filter, form search or the filter sorted by user groups.
