Administrative Assistance
Germany’s Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt) provides international administrative assistance for value added Tax (VAT) and tax on earnings. It is based on the exchange of information for cross-border circumstances. This exchange forms the basis for sending notices internationally and recovering Taxes for other countries. At the same time, administrative assistance clarifies circumstances for taxpayers and allows for fair competitive taxation.
